Reception
Barnsbury Primary School and Nursery is a two form intake (i.e. two classes of 30 children start in reception each year).
Applications for Reception pupils for September 2027 should be made directly with Surrey County Council School Admissions on 0300 200 1004 week days after 2pm or by following the link - Surrey County Council - Admissions.
Our selection criteria is the standard for most Surrey Schools and is in the following order:

Children for whom the school is the nearest to their home

Open Days for Reception Intake 2027
We understand that choosing a school for your child/children is a challenging and often daunting prospect.
Our Open Days/Evenings are a chance for you to visit the school, and its facilities, along with meeting the adults that will be working with your child/children. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
Please see the dates below which we will be running open days, open evenings and play and stay sessions, to book a session please contact the school office on 01483 763114 or email admissions@barnsbury.surrey.sch.uk where a place can be booked for you.
